A pet fee of $250 per pet is required for all pets. The pet fee is non-refundable. No more than three (3) pets are allowed per unit with a maximum of two (2) dogs permitted. Pets over 25 pounds will be charged pet rent of $25/month. Potentially dangerous or destructive animals (such as Pitbulls and Rottweilers) are not allowed.
